I just want printing. What do I do next?

Please email your print-ready artwork in PDF format to [email protected]. Make sure your artwork contains proper bleeds, is 300dpi, and is CMYK formatted prior to sending. If you need help making your files print ready, please contact us directly. If your files are not prepared properly, we can help, you will be notified if a file preparation fee needs to be added. If everything passes pre-flight, a proof of your print job will be sent electronically. Once you approve the proof, we will print your job. Job tracking and a UPS tracking number can be made available upon your request.

I want to use a design template. What do I do next?

Once you have selected a product and template from our template gallery. Use the template preview to determine the number of photos that can be used and approximately the right amount of content you will need. Send an email to [email protected] with your images and content. We will layout the design using your text and graphic content then send a proof for you to approve. Once approved, your job will be sent to print. Project tracking and a UPS tracking number is available upon request.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your order, an invoice and an email will be sent to you confirming your order. (you may need to check your spam folder if this is your first time ordering from RasPrints). Simply respond to the email with your print-ready art or text and graphic content (if you ordered using a design template). Nothing will be send to print without your proof approval. Make sure you review all content, images, crop marks and bleeds carefully. Our team will assist in assuring your files were set up correctly. 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will depend on the product(s) being ordered, your geographical location, and the time of day your order is placed. But typically delivery for most products is about 5 to 7 days from proof approval. If you need something sooner, rush charges and/or overnight shipping options may be available for your product. Though not all products can be rushed. Please contact us directly if you have a rush request.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice will be sent via email once you have placed your order. If there are additional design or file-preparation charges, these will need to be paid prior to files be sent to print.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

This website is secure and has up-to-date security protocols and certificates in place. You information will never be shared with anyone.
